Dr. Franks is the kindest, in-your-face, Get it done, Dad-like PCP I've ever had. He makes me feel as if I'm his only patient. He never rushes me in my visits. He puts me in my place when I'm not caring for myself as I should be--But he does it in love. His Nurse, Kimmie, is also amazing! She keeps me smiling and she engages with me in the room about how I've been doing and she knows my family and always asks about them. These two are a great match in the healthcare field and we Definitely need More like them. By FAR the B E S T provider in that practice...next to Dr. Magnin!!PMJ

Takes time to listen and understand your issue.

You cannot get through to speak with anyone over the phone. You cannot submit refills requests on the patient portal. Matter of fact the patient portal isn’t working at all you can’t submit messages you can’t request refills you can’t look at your lab results what’s the point of having it when it doesn’t work. When you call the office no one answers voicemail box is full. You have to go to the office to get anything done.

Frank always takes the time to listen to your symptoms. If he feels you need diagnostic tests he will recommend them but is very effective at diagnosing based on symptoms. He is quick to let you know If he doesn’t know what’s going on and let’s you know, “I will research this and let you know my findings.” He has taken care of my family for 16 1/2 years and we have total faith in him!
