I am in good hands!
I have been a patient of Dr. Brown for several years and it was the best decision I ever made. Dr. Brown and her team are compassionate and listen to their patients and always have advice for your problem. I also think the reminders are very useful for your blood tests.

Not Accepting Patients and Rude About It
I called to make an appointment and was told she is not accepting new patients unless you are a pediatric patient. I then asked if there were other doctors connected with this practice and the receptionist, in a slow, cadenced tone, stated...'Thissssss is a PRIVATE practice and we are not taking new patients.' My questions was just to inquire if there may be other doctors accepting patients and the demeaning tone and slowed down responses suggesting my lack of understanding on a 31 second call was uncalled for and insulting. She may be a great doctor but her receptionist is not a great communicator or representative of that practice on this particular day. Do better. One day she may want new patients.

I do understand the virus, however I’m disappointed that you aren’t able to accept new patients. I was looking forward to being accepted as a new patient with you; someone who looks like me. They had no information on when you’d be able to accept new patients, however your website says otherwise.

Love Dr.Brown....not easy getting an appt because everyone wants her,but when you do its worth it.She takes her time with you and treat you like a real person and not just another patient. Thought about finding a different provider, sometimes you can call 7-8 times in a row and get no answer, but I love her so much I deal with it.

I have been a patient of Dr. Brown's for several years now and I have always enjoyed my experiences with her. She takes her time with her patients, she listens to the patient and respects that no one knows our own bodies like ourselves. She does not over medicate, she follows up wonderfully with her patients. I can't say enough wonderful things about she and her nurses and staff. Always cheery, never a long wait, and very thorough. I highly recommend her.

Regardless of the type of appointment I have with Dr. Brown, she always listens to any other complaints that I have and helps me with those also. It's been a long time since I have a provider that saw me as a person instead of someone filling a 15-20 minute slot. Love her
