Totally dropped the ball
He seemed to care about my medical problems during my appointment BUT never followed up with me regarding test results. I called the office multiple times and left multiple messages via the patient portal. I NEVER received a call back after telling the phone operator I was in EXCRUCIATING pain. NON EXISTENT follow up. Clearly they don’t care about their patients or have too many patients to properly follow up regarding patient care.
