This women here is the truth!!! She has the most understanding and listening ear that anyone would need when others just missed the beat with you as a patient. She reviews your history/record and then she will try everything that makes sense to make sure you are getting the right care or results of whatever your issues may be...I was going to leave this location because of how long it is taking to replace the doctor that left the practice but she had taken time to get me back on track and even though she is NOT a MD/DO she sure could be one! I will HOPE CARILION hurry up and replace the doctors in this location. I will stay only because of how she has taken time to help me
