Destiny Refuse, APRN

Ms. Destiny is an outstanding care provider. Since I began seeing her my symptoms have improved and I have found that she is the one person that has actually listened to my issues and my perception on how to treat them.She is patient, thorough in the questions she askes regarding symptoms, follow up visits, and medication.Although I was hesitant to try telehealth at first, I find that this works well for me and I honestly feel more comfortable in her hands than any other physician that I see at the present time as well as the past.

I have been seeing Destiny Refuse for approximately five years now, and I find her to be very patient, caring, and encouraging. I am able to get appointments when I need them, especially with my busy schedule. When getting overwhelmed Ms. Refuse always has words of encouragement and reason. I would definitely recommend Ms. Refuse to family and friends if the need arose. I have no doubt they would be in good hands.

Destiny is a kind, caring, and exceptionally skilled professional. She has been accessible when urgent situations came up, and she works above and beyond to provide praise, positive outlooks, and hope to what sometimes feel like hopeless situations. Thank you for all of your help on my journey.

Ive been with Destiny for over a year now and she is wonderful. She's patient, kind, and helpful. Their office is super flexible with scheduling. Very satisfied with Destiny and her team.

I really do not agree with these reviews. My experience with Destiny has been exceptional. She is always patient and understanding. Pleasant. Is extremely kind, discusses my medications with me, and listens to my concerns without making me feel rushed. Her feedback has been extremely beneficial. Destiny is a rare find in today's healthcare system!

Destiny Refuse is a wonderful provider ! She’s very attentive and truly cares for her patients. I have been seeing her for a little while, and can say she is one of the best. You can tell she really cares for her patients and their wellbeing just from listening to her communicate. I would definitely recommend !!

Always forgets what medication I take. Costs 60$ a visit, can never just call to ask a question. Always sounds tired and irritated. Seems like she's just there to collect a paycheck.

Destiny Refuse works at Dr. Butler’s Behavioral healthcare options practice. She is acceptable but barely. She rushes appointments, doesn’t appear to remember patients and relies on her computer too much. She isn’t the best listener either. I’m looking for a new dr or np after being with her for a year.

Never listens to the patient, looks at her screen the whole time and then asks the same questions over and over again. Does not understand medications. I wouldn’t send my dog to her or any loved one. She is the worst HCP I’ve ever had. Her office staff isn’t nice either. They treat mental health like you’re some like of sub human
