I had to visit for a Covid test. This team was lightning fast, caring , and professional and I also got fast results on my PCR test. This was about two weeks ago, so please be patient with results as cases rise the time it takes might be longer.

Mallory was knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate; and when I spoke to her during my visit, I felt that I was being listened to and understood. When explaining things to me, Mallory did a great job of gauging her audience, and meeting me where I was; she refrained from talking over my head or oversimplification. She prescribed a new medication for me. She was thorough in explaining to me the intended and possible unintended effects of taking it. Picking a new primary health provider sometimes involves the luck of the draw, but I feel that my wife picked a winner.

She was disconnected, did not check /listen to my heart rate or lungs. She stayed far away and didn’t ask questions to assess needs. Her answer to my questions was, “you need to see the doctor.” Yet I was charged for the visit.
