Dana Harmon was a great doctor to me,when she was at Plainwell medical center she was there when ever I needed a hug or to console me. Or just medical help. Not a bad thi.g to say about her. I would see her again if had the chance.

I love Dana as she helped me when no one else did. And she was very personable. However over the years the wait times keep getting longer. It is 1-1/2 hours so far. Don’t appreciate this.

I just moved to the area, in need of new primary. Dana and her associate Antwain told me they wanted new labs when I told them I was diabetic, and they were not going to refill any of my prescriptions, the did not write me a lab work script, but did call police, accusing me of under the influence of something because I seemed tired, I had to do a field sobriety test in-front of my children. The did not check my blood, or even ask if I had eaten that day. They did not provide health care.

Dana is great. The staff is not! Monarch goes thru way too many employees. Do I really want to know why? Nope. Just use the place to get my specialist refferals.

A couple years ago things were very different, she took time and explained things, Now it takes too long to get in to be seen, the office staff is rude and even though they were supposed to have my paperwork back to my employer and have a scheduled appointment with a specialist, I have no been waiting well over a month and still nothing. Definitely time to move on to another Doctor.

Dana Harmon is a great in her knowledge of health matters, but only if you can get back to her. The wait is well an over 1 hour. They call them self a walk in clinic yeah right no matter whats wrong you wait and wait. The staff is rude and walks away if you ask to much or maybe get a little up set. Again Dana is great but just there quietly don't say anything to piss off the staff!

Dr. Dana is the most amazing health care provider I've ever had. She's more knowledgeable about the workings of the human body, and the underlying causes of things than any MD or DO I've ever seen! She's always willing to think outside the box, and not put you in a cookie cutter diagnosis just because that's the most common thing. She spends the time with you that's needed to get to the bottom of things. And she's fabulous with children!

Every time myself or a family member had an appointment with Dana we would always have to wait over an hour after our scheduled appointment time to be seen. On top of the crazy waiting, she never seems too personal and does not follow up with medication checks/refills, laps or appointments. Her nurse staff are rude and dont seem to know what they are doing half the time. She seems to have too many patients she cant handle nor keep track of. I definitely do not recomend seeing this doctor.

I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone, the office staff is horrible and the wait times are a joke, it has taken over an hour to be seen every time I have been there. Staff is very rude, do yourself a favor and find anywhere to go but here!

In addition to significant waiting periods for this provider, her demeanor was self important and not interested so much in my personal needs or health. She was focused on a by the book approach, despite my concerns and the fact that I know my body and the way that my body reacts to certain medication. I am definitely seeking a new provider.
