After appointment was pushed back from 7:20 to 1pm due to her own child being ill I finally got in for my ear infection in both ears. She would not speak up after mentioning I had minimal hearing. Completely ignored the pain in my jaw & throat. Never explained what kind of infection I had. Just prescribed drops. Was very snippy & clearly did not care about patient care. Probably should have stayed home to care for sick child. Would not recommend for so much as a runny nose.
