Lacking clinical judgement. Substandard. Maybe she needs to crowd-fund a subscription to uptodate so that she can know what current guidelines are...? I am at a loss as to how she is able to see patients & not know the screening she wants to do is NOT recommended by any US organization of medicine, point of care tool or clinical guideline. I am 1. not the correct age 2. the screening modality she used is not useful. Reasonable physicians do not screen this way & haven't for quite some time. Run.
