Did not have a great experience. I felt I was not listened to with my symptoms and how I’m feeling. I expressed how it bothers my back to lift and he just brushed it off and said just keep lifting. Great so hurt my back even further. He was in and out and did not do great explaining things. He needs more compassion and understanding. If your patient tells you they are in pain and what bothers them listen it’s their body the patient knows best. Would not recommend him.

Flat and ineffective
Just going through the motions. Not really listening or validating serious concerns. Just a checklist, getting me in and out. No emotion. Would never recommend.

very good care
Mr. Van Arnam made me feel comfortable and listened as I described my symptoms. He took steps quickly to diagnose and set up a plan for my recovery. I am much improved and highly recommend this practice !

Dr. Vanarnam was very professional, knowledgeable and seen that great care was taken in regards to my care. This was the first time in meeting him since the leaving of Kirstin. He will be a nice fit to SOS. Thank you.

The wait time is minimal if at all. The nurses are thorough, friendly, and compassionate. PA Vanarnam is just as good. He listens. I never feel rushed (ie: another patient is waiting). He takes time to answer every question and educate - I have left my appointments feeling confident in my decisions and/or next steps.

First time patient at SOS. The total experience was excellent, from check-in to Mr Vanarman's examination and diagnosis. The entire staff was friendly, I was seen right after arriving, and my examination was not hurried in the least. He was friendly, patient with my questions, and I felt more than satisfied with his diagnosis and prescribed treatment.
