Excellent - I have been to 3 eye doctors to get a pair of glasses I can see out of. Dr. Tillie took the time to do it right.

Friendly staff, I was in and out quickly. Front desk was prepared and on top of insurance questions promptly.

Extremely rude staff! I called to re-schedule an appointment. Stephanie took my call and immediately informed me since I have "cancelled on multiple different occasions", Dr. Tille's office would only accept me as a walk-in customer if I were to cancel again. For the record, this was my first time I called to schedule an appointment in almost 2 years! I have NEVER cancelled an appointment with Dr. Tille! Dr. Tille then had my relationship with his office terminated! Terrible!
