Great PCP
Chalice has been my PCP for 5 years and has been absolutely amazing. She listens carefully to my concerns, explains things to me in a way that makes sense, and supports health at every size rather than just telling me to lose weight. I've never had an issue getting an appointment here and the office staff and nurses are also very helpful and kind.

Thank you for the help!
Chalice works at my PCP's office, and she saw me for a sick visit where she was extremely helpful. I was able to get a same-day appointment. She ordered the proper tests and thoroughly checked me to rule out additional infections. The appointment was not rushed and she was very responsive to my questions. My results were delivered in a very timely manner with helpful commentary from her. If I am sick in the future, I would definitely accept an appointment with her.

Prefers to only see sick Patients by teledoc appointment. Refers to ER unnecessarily when sick in lieu of providing sick visits.Find another provider.

I had the good fortune to meet Chalice when my primary was retiring several ( about 7 ) years ago. I feel lucky to have her as my provider. I find her to be consistently kind, thorough, professional, warm and caring. She explains things readily to me, and always asks for my input or preferences with regard to any decisions. I have never felt rushed or not listened to. Other support staff are kind and helpful.

I saw Chalice for a telehealth visit in December 2020 and an in-person visit in August 2021. Each time, she was prompt, thorough, kind, non-judgmental, and compassionate. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns, treated them seriously, and walked me through my care options. I would definitely recommend her as a PCP.

Absolutely horrible, her office staff is rude and inconsiderate. I had a heartbreaking diagnosis and no one seemed to care. They hung up the phone when I was needing to ask questions about how to proceed. Unbelievable...Dont EVER go to this office.

Avoid Chalice. She does not care or listen about her patients. She will order you tests without even explaining what they are. She is body shaming and overall a negative person. She will not believe you about your health and make you attempt care again that hasn't work, just to access a higher level of care that will actually work. She is rude, short, and brusque.

Poor communication. Wrote notes in the portal that weren't told to me at the time of my visit. When called to question, was dismissed saying she had other patients to see. Going to find a provider that thinks of me as their patient.

I have had Chalice as my PCP for 4 years now. She is amazing. I generally see her for routine blood pressure checkups and routine visits. I have known her to be pleasant, caring, helpful, and supportive. The only reason I am leaving her is because I have moved over an hour away and the commute to a doctors office is getting to be too long. I would recommend her to my family members and anyone who is looking for a new PCP. Thank you Chalice for being an amazing person!

Chalice is really approachable and actually listens to concerns. Last year I had a fever and a weird rash on my wrists, which I googled and thought was scarlet fever. While it didn't look like typical scarlet fever, Chalice ran the tests and gave me a prescription for antibiotics, just in case. Turns out, I was right. I was able to start meds right away and avoid a potentially dangerous situation. So much better than doctors who don't take you seriously when you come in w/ a self-diagnosis.
