Cassandra is condescending person who thinks that she can bully patients into making choices against their wishes. She makes promises of being able to finish care with the practice and have a Vbac at one of the local hospitals only to change her tune after you leave care with the practice you were using before. I was upfront about not wanting another c-section and had no complications. I was up front when I said I will not go to for the scheduled procedure,when I’m a no how the doc calls to yell

Waited three hours only to speak with her for less than five minutes. Did not look away from the computer once. Absolute worst beside manner I have ever encountered. Will not recommend this office to anyone. She should seriously consider a new profession.
