No empathy
Often rude and does not understand what it is like to have a disability with chronic pain. Does not have empathy towards my condition. Is very rigid. If I call with a question or ask for a medication change due to medication not being effective and she will state she only makes changes at appointments. Will often argue about when a prescription can be refilled and I will have to correct her by pointing out correct date on calendar.
