Unresponsive to Patient Needs
Because I do not have time to go to urgent care or schedule an in-person visit, I submitted a virtual visit request for classic bacterial sinus infection symptoms hoping to avoid weeks of suffering and Mr. Seliga advised me to use OTC treatments and go to urgent care. I get that telehealth is hard, but this was totally unhelpful.

Be under Andy’s care since he started assisting Dr Sam Seltz at Entira Family Clinic Inver Grove Heights, Mn. Andy has been note only a great care provider but a friend. He is very professional and also very personable. He listens to to all questions and concerns. Then Andy shifts into his professional capacity after tentatively listening and will explain in laymen terms what is pertinent to my needs! I highly recommend Andrew Seliga as a caregiver who truly cares about his patients.
