She was on duty at the ER when I brought my child in. Never met her. Received an $800+ bill from her. I had given them my TWO insurances at the hospital, but her billing department or she has no idea how to bill. The hospital got paid but she didn't because she filed incorrectly. I have been harassed by her billing department for 2 years. They will not give me her number, qualifications, detailed explanation of the bill, etc. All I get is we need this money. I've filed complaints.
