Allison Green, NP

Allison Greens treatment was fine. The staff is atrocious. I am especially upset at this treatment because I am one of the most courteous people to interact with, I make sure to let people know that I am grateful and appreciate their time. When I called back and let them know that I was on hold for 15 minutes I was quickly shuffled off to another receptionist, I think. When I calmly made my feelings heard, she immediately got nasty with me telling me she hadn't been there all day and only got in at 9am. I reiterated that I felt it was there responsibility as I was told I would be receiving a call back. She took the opportunity to play the victim, I'm sure hamming it up in front of her coworkers so she would feel vindicated, as if I was yelling at her and not mildly upset at the lack of decorum. Disgusted, I have never been treated this way by a medical professional at least not as a patient.
