I had an appointment two days ago where I was told if my condition did not improve in the next few days that I could call back and receive a consultation for an ultrasound. When I called the office upon opening, two days later (8:07am) I was asked about my symptoms by the front desk attendant and told that I could expect a phone call back. When I called at 12 I was left with an office closed message, lunch time I thought. I called back at 1, met with the same message. Fine. At the behest of my father and girlfriend I called right back. This time I made it through, was told that I could expect a call from scheduling, but was told to briefly hold. 15 minutes later I hung up the phone in frustration. When I called back and let them know that I was on hold for 15 minutes I was quickly shuffled off to another receptionist, I think. When I calmly made my feelings heard, she immediately got nasty with me telling me she hadn't been there all day and only got in at 9am. Disgusted
