I had one 30 minute session with Alisha through betterhelp. Prior to our session I asked to make it the maximum 45 minute appointment, but she refused. After our first appointment, she told me she is moving clients to her private practice (due to technical issues). She said she is only keeping a select few clients on betterhelp. She offered to onboard me at her private practice. She said we could have our final appointment this week or I could match with another therapist.
