A Wonderful Experience
Telehealth
I cannot express enough how transformative my time with Mary has been. From our very first session, she created an incredibly safe and welcoming space that allowed me to open up in a way I never thought would be possible. Her understanding and flexible approach made me feel comfortable discussing some of my deepest struggles without any judgment. Mary has a unique ability to truly listen and relate to my experiences, often helping me see things from new perspectives. One of the things I appreciated most was how she customized our sessions to fit my individual journey—she never pushed me to conform to a rigid structure but instead provided guidance that resonated deeply with me. The tools and strategies she introduced proven invaluable. They've equipped me to tackle my mental health challenges head-on, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my self-growth and self-worth. More importantly, I’ve gained a sense of empowerment that I had been missing for so long.

Mary is an Incredible counselor and she gets results. After just a few sessions I felt understood, energetic and focused on my future. I will not go to any other therapist except Mary ever again. Book her if you can!
