Needs more work
Unfortunately my experience with Mrs. Lam was not as positive as I hoped it would be. Even though I am a health professional myself, Mrs Lam was dismissive of my complaints, choosing to opt to blame factors like diet and stress for clear physical findings and refusing simple noninvasive tests and referrals. I hope that Mrs. Lam can continue to improve, recognizing that physical exams often lack the capability to rule out conditions, and to read more on uncommon presentations of common conditions.
