Very nice man. Explained everything well. I was very stressed about getting surgery, dr.khan lightly grabbed my hands and said put all of you're stress on me!!! Instantly I felt comfortable and was able to say yes to my surgery! Thank you all so much! My surgery was perfect, no complaints!

In the year since my surgery I have had four in-office followup visits, two of which were with PA's in which Dr. Kahn was consulted and two that were specifically with Dr. Kahn. In the most recent visit I was surprised with the depth of his probing of the care I received in the hospital, subsequent clinic visits and solicitation of information that would help future patients.

Down to earth very respectful explained my condition

I was weight shamed, had to disrobe from waist down for no reason, Khan refused to let me get dressed after the shot. I had to be there half dressed no nurse with khan and his pa both men. The only time the nurse was allowed in was to get me ready for shot and during shot which I was not aware of as they made me face the wall. He completely ignored the reason I was there. I asked about surgery he said not until you lose weight. He gave me a shot in the hip, which helped the hip pain but as soon as the numbing wore off the pain in my hip returned.

On our very first visit, I felt I had his full attention. Answering all questions I had,and was not rushed.

As a physician myself I understand the qualities and personality traits that lend themselves to the makeup of an elite doctor. I can attest that Dr Khan has all of these in spades. He is a fantastic communicator who is thorough, detail oriented, and emotionally intelligent enough to understand a patients questions before they ask them. The process he has in place is really outstanding. These are the reasons I had absolutely no hesitation in letting him operate on me two weeks ago and as it turns out it was a good decision. After reviewing the results of a MRI of my spine to show I had spondylolisthesis of the lumbar region, Dr Khan suggested an epidural to reduce the inflammation; I was relatively pain free for 36 hours. In the follow-up visit, he rather coldly told me I had 3 options: 1) do nothing, 2) try another epidural, or 3) have back surgery. At the first meeting, Dr Khan came across as very warm and friendly. However, the last meeting made me feel like if I wasn't going to bring any more revenue, I was wasting his valuable time. I started crying b/c I felt rather hopeless ans was not prepared prepared for back surgery. I know there have to be more options out there, so I'm prepared to start mysearch on my own. Everyone should know it's times like this in which you learn how to be your own advocate for health and a more painless existence.

I saw Dr Khan in 2010 and found out I needed extensive back surgery ( sacrum missing) He even sent my chiropractor my scans and talked with him on the phone and chiropractor agreed. My surgery was quite extensive but it kept me walking. Dr K made no promises he couldn’t keep. He was caring and compassionate through the whole process and after. Highly recommend him if back surgery becomes necessary.

Listens when you speak, explains things in as much detail as is needed. Dr. Kahn is very thorough and incredibly intelligent. Excellent people skills as well which is often quite lacking in highly skilled surgeons.

There is nothing positive I can say about Dr. Khan. I waited over an hour and a half past my appointment time. He offered no excuse or apology. He would not address my questions. He rushed me out. I do not know still, what the test results mean. There is no way that I, in good conscious can recommend Dr. Khan. Hee is pleasant though. Rude: but pleasant.

This doctor was very kind & understanding, patient & knowledgeable. I am very pleased.
