Dr. Lance Smith, MD

I've had severe back pain for the past 2 to 3 years. I saw a pain management doctor and had countless shots that ended up not working. My pain management doctor suggested that I see Dr. Lance Smith for possible surgery. I knew my only option was going to be surgery. I was scared and afraid of surgery but so tired of the pain I was having. The staff and Dr. Lance Smiths nurse made me feel very comfortable and I felt they really cared about me. I had a L4 L5 Tlif surgery January 15, 2024. I did everything I was told to do after my surgery, no twisting, no bending and did my Physical Therapy. I would highly recommend Dr. Lance Smith to anyone having back pain. I'd give him 10 stars plus. He is the best ever. Thank you Dr. Lance Smith from the bottom of my heart. I am pain free. I've got my life back.

Mr. Dr- lance Smith is a well experienced surgeon in his field along with his partner-joe. The only issue I have is that I feel like I need to wear a back brace. It would keep my back supported. I most definitely will always recommend lance Smith and his partner Joe and their medical staff.....thank you. Please have a blessed day/night.....

Dr. Smith is amazing - I feel better then I have in 30 yrs. I wish I had seen him so much sooner cause he did an awesome job. Don't expect him to hold your hand and treat you to a pity party cause he's about business and does a great job. REALLY appreciate everything he did for me and my back surgery.

We talked about what to do with my back and how to fix my problem. I am very excited and looking forward to having a pain free future. He made me feel very confident in him and the surgery that is in my future.

What stood out the most was the friendliness from everyone. Dr. Lance is helpful and kind which is not seen that much now a days. Very glad to have him for my Spinal Fusion.

He is the best ,he tells u everything that he's gonna do to u and everything that is what ur expect and when ur gonna have pain and where ,and he doesn't hid anything from u ,and he's employees r the best ,polite ,honest and they all answer my question ,Dr Lance Smith is amazing i will tell anyone how good he is ,thank you guys so much and merry Christmas to u all

The appointment scheduling wait was relatively short. The staff and facilities are great. I had a lot of questions but one question I didn't think to ask was specifics about how the surgery is done so. You don't know what you don't know. And having that explained up front would have been good. I just had to call back and ask the question later. Josh, the PA was very knowledgeable and reassuring as was Dr Smith. Don't really like having three different facilities to go to, Dr office, hospital for pre-op testing (with separate imaging office), surgical center for operation.

Dr. Smith is very easy to talk to and takes the time to listen to your concerns. We are trying to get a surgery approved through the department of labor on a workers comp case and Dr. Smith is helping me fight every roadblock they put up(of which there are many).

One of the best, have used him for several years. Also an amazing assistant and staff!

I can’t say too many positive things about this physician! Dr. Smith has been my spine specialist for years and I will continue to see him whenever I need attention to my spine.

Dr. Smith and all personnel are caring and are truly there to help their patients. I am thankful to have been his patient. I definitely recommend Dr. Smith.
