2 years as my PCP
I’m pleased with the care and attention I’ve received. A couple of chronic health issues I have are under control. He spotted an issue with my pulse on this visit and ordered additional testing. I feel fortunate that he found this potentially serious issue.

Rushes you out of the room before you can talk
Outside of office usually smells like urine. More about quantity over quality at this office.

Horrible Bedside Manner
I had a new patient appointment with Dr. Gross. The appointment lasted 7 minutes!!!He was rushed, short-tempered and just plain rude in his communication. Terrible experience. I have since made my next appointment with another doctor. This guy needs some serious training on people skills.

New Patient Visit
No problems setting up an appt for a new patient. Staff was very pleasant and efficient. An assistant handled the preliminary steps. The doctor was on time. He took his time to ask some questions and then we talked about health related issues I wanted to discuss. He listened to my concerns and suggested some solutions. At the end of the discussion he reviewed what was discussed. I was very satisfied with the visit.
