Dr. Gregory Robke, MD

I switched to Dr. Robke's office when my PCP retired and his was the only office nearby accepting new patients. First office visit seemed fine; a year later - as one of the other reviewers described, office visit was 'perfunctory' - listed to my heart, lungs, ordered blood tests, and referred me for a routine test for a person my age. In and out in minutes. I called the office four times over six months to followup on the referral - never sent or received and the woman who answers is so rude!! They don't return calls. Prescriptions requested sometimes got sent over to pharmacy correctly - one Rx with one refill, the rest with enough for the year, and another one completely missing, then sent with a typo. Staff told me that they don't use their online patient portal because it's 'too complicated'. This office is about 20 years behind the times and the rude office staff - I have now switched to a different practice (I'm so relieved!). A local doctor friend also agrees to stay away.

Dr. Robke ia a good listener and has always been able to help my husband with a variety of ailments. He also recommends good specialists when needed. We have never felt rushed. Office staff is also great. I highly recommend his practice.

I am tired of the woman who answers the phone being rude and disregarding my questions. She will not give messages for me and the only way I seem able to get any help is if I go in person to see the doctor. Dr. Robke would be 5 stars if he trained his office staff to listen and be helpful.

Excellent. Office is extremely well run. Dr Robke and his nurse practitioner, Laura Mazzini are very personable and efficient. As a retired nurse, I feel i am getting the best care. Love his whole group!

I was recommended to Dr. Robke and I love the fact that you can get in to see him on short notice... the reason that he has such great availability... it's because the appointment was the shortest, worst appointment that I've ever had, with any doctor in my life. He couldn't have cared less about me as a new patient, what was going on with me, no examination... I won't go back.

Patient of this practice for 3 years. Happy with care. office staff and NP and Dr. friendly. What is different about this practice is - my son gets an ADD medicine and each month he gets billed $20+ every month to pick up a prescription. Never had a Dr. charge for requested prescriptions before.

absolutely terrible experience. Rude staff on the phone and they have messed up everything thus far. They ordered and MRI on the wrong knee, which I had to wait so it went thru insurance again before scheduling. Sent me to an imaging center in Weymouth instead of the one in their own building, so I had to drive 30 minutes out of my way, didn’t refill my prescription after I left a message on their prescription line. I called and they said it should have went thru... it didn’t when I showed up for the second time at cvs. Finally filled the wrong prescription which I picked up today and am just going to deal with until I find another doctor. The staff has been extremely rude and quick to point the finger at everyone else. I can’t get away from this practice quick enough

I have been a patient of Dr. Robke since last August when I moved to Sandwich. I think he is great. I feel very comfortable talking to him. I think his office staff is very friendly and helpful. I have had only positive experiences with Dr. Robke and his staff in Sandwich.

I was also lied to about test results. After two months, I finally called the lab myself. They NEVER got the request for the test. The front office staff kept putting me off and were extremely rude. Thankfully, at a new practice now.

Incredibly perfunctory "examination". We mentioned the problems with a previous doctor's office and inadequate staff performance as a reason for leaving. This office is EVEN WORSE. They lied about advising me about a specific blood test result. Additionally, the CBC test results, they claimed were mailed (notice, no portal provided for this office with the results) although, after almost two weeks, nothing came. The quality of care at this office is exceptional. You will never meet a staff more friendly and willing to go above and beyond for you. Dr. Robke is an extremely professional MD who will take time with you and listen to your concerns. Both he and his nurse practitioners will never make you feel like you are bothering them. Front desk nurses are incredible, they are the definition of quality patient care. Their professional attitudes and positive outlooks are the highlight of my visit!

I have been a patient of Dr. Robke's for years and have nothing but great things to say about the practice. The entire office is always efficient and you never wait longer than a few minutes to be taken into a room. Dr. Robke spends as much time as you need going over diagnoses and any concerns you may have. The nurses go above and beyond to answer any questions you have before, during and after appointments. This practice is one of the best I've ever been to. The staff is always attentive, friendly, and upbeat. Dr. Robke shows great compassion and genuine care regardless of how big or how small my reason is for an appointment. He makes sure all my questions are answered and that I'll be all set with any follow ups or medications.....and he's got a pretty good sense of humor too :-). Fantastic practice!!!!!
