I’ve had pca’s and techs who knew more
She doesn’t appear to care about the actual patient, only the vital signs; Doesn’t listen to family of patient. Condescending when speaking. Thinks advocating for loved one is a threat to her. Doesn’t appear to have patients best interest at heart; just seems to want a paycheck.
