I was treated very disrespectfully by Dr. Lawson and her staff. The staff is ghetto and they could not pretend to be professional to save their lives. They will guess before giving you good information and straight out lie . It’s hard to tell who really runs that practice. It’s a hot mess.

I personally like Dr. Lawson she is knowledgeable direct and straight forward. However I feel like she is often rushed when she is with you. The office staff is horrible and the wait time is ridiculous. They are often unpleasant and chewing and popping gum loudly from the front desk. The CNA questioned me rudely and at length about my decision not to have children. I was very irritated by this. Also, when I have had procedures done in office they have never contacted me to go over results even though they have told me they will contact me in 3 days or by the end of the week. I am currently waiting on results from a procedure from 2 weeks ago

I am currently on my second pregnancy with Dr. Lawson. Dr. Lawson is one of the rare doctors who spends quality time interacting with each patient and genuinely cares for her patients. She has called me to discuss test results after hours and on weekends further demonstrating her dedication. I could not imagine another physician delivering my baby.

Feel like Dr. Lawson does not actually listen to your questions and concerns. She seems to get frustrated if you ask questions, and gives very confusing non-answers and gets slightly hostile. Wait time is absolutely absurd. Seems like they have too many patients- doesnt remember what you told them previously or have it recorded. Office staff is terribly unreliable. I have been asked multiple times what I am supposed to have done at appointments or when I am supposed to have certain tests done.

I can't speak about Dr. Lawson but in regards to the practice I went in last year for an annual exam and got a bill 10 months later for STD testing that I never authorized. What a scam! It was a bad enough experience being there with the nurse practitioner giving me a hard time for not wanting to have children but now you want to use a lab to scam me for more money? Give me a break, if I don't ask for STD testing, I don't want it. Never going back to this place, thanks for nothing.
