Dr. Yolanda Lagunas, MD

She shames you for weight gain and being in your 30s having a baby! She makes rude comments to you and is truly unprofessional!

Dr Lagunas has delivered both my boys and has just been overall amazing. I highly recommend 10/10. Her staff is equally amazing, attentive and knowledgeable. Specially Paola and Virginia who make you feel more than just another patient, and address your concerns thoroughly. I’ve never felt uncomfortable, and Dr Lagunas has always been direct with the information and care she gives (definitely does not beat around the bush.)

She was my doctor for my two kids and I have always had good experience with her and staff members??

10/10 Do not recommend. For my first visit, I was scheduled at 10:30 am and wasn’t called back until an hour and a half later. Keep in mind we are currently going through a national pandemic and there was at least 20 other pregnant women stuffed inside the small office with me and we definitely weren’t 6 feet. How is that legal, especially for pregnant women?? Thankfully I found another dr and only one person was allowed in the waiting room at a time and at that, you had to call first to be let in and I was seen in 15 minutes. Imagine that? Don’t recommend strictly because of terrible office manner.

Went in for my pregnancy visit and wouldn't be seen because a week ago i got non contagious pneumonia but apparently they think i have coronavirus even after i told them i got tested and did not have it. For all i know one of the staff members has it. I was so disappointed. The Dr. in the ER even told me to make a follow up appointment with my OB this week but unfortunately she doesn't know the difference in viruses. I cant wait to change Dr. asap

NP Lindberg is the best! She makes you feel at ease, is non judgmental and listens to your concerns. Her assistant was also awesome! Office staff was great.

It is always a very pleasant experience. Everyone there treats you with kindness and professionalism. The environment is soothing and calm. I highly recommend them.

I have been a patient since 1994 and have always been treat very professional. I am very satisfied with all the staff and especially Dr. Lagunas. I have recommended Dr. Lagunas to family members and friends.

It was my first visit to see Dr. Lagunas. I had to wait several months but I was pleasantly impressed with her. She is personable and explains everything in detail. I look forward to keeping her as my doctor.

Dr. Lagunas is a great physician. Very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, asks all the right questions in a way that isn’t off putting. Also, Gina is really incredible, as is the rest of the staff! They are always booked, so book early, but you will have an excellent patient experience!

Got an impalanon and it’s been expired 3 years now. They can’t find find it they’ve opened me up knowing dam well they couldn’t find it and still cut me open. I’m now living with the nightmare of not being able to have a family or simply just be free wit myself . NEVER GO TO THIS LADY

I just had my first OB appointment with her (12w). I'm seeing her because only a few OBs in El Paso evaluate for VBAC. She was up front about her expectations and what mine should be. I'm really hopeful and she was encouraging but frank. I'm pretty sure I got sold some unnecessary testing (genetic disorder testing) but the nice woman that did my intake eval said it was standard for the practice.

Staff was very nice. Except the office manager, totally unprofessional. Doctor is nice but very rushed. The nurse practitioner these is absolutely amazing, so polite and very good at explaining things. If the nurse practitioner ever leaves and opens her own practice I'm following her anywhere.

Dr. Lagunas was very negative and critical. If I was a first time mom, I would have been so nervous. Looking for a new Dr.

Extremely poor communication. I have been waiting for a call back on abnormal test results for 3 days!!! Not to mention I had to call 2 weeks of waiting for test results to obtain information. Negative testing should always be communicated to the patient immediately! Defiantly switching doctors.

1st time & only time I will visit currently looking for new obgyn. Office staff were nice but Dr. did not even pretend to be interested in my well being, was in rush to get me out of there. Horrible bedside manner!
