Dr. Ximena Morales, MD

After my current primary relocated out of state, I was searching for a new primary physician. I spoke to my Cardiologist and he recommended Dr Morales. I scheduled an appointment for my regular annual visit. My first impression was I felt at ease with her, she showed kindness and warmth. We discussed my current medications and she requested updated lab work which her office did follow up with the lab results. We decided I would come back in a few months to review other options on one my medications. The next appointment was very much like the first, she allowed time to discuss any issues. Unfortunately, I understand she has chosen to return to a prior medical field so now I’m searching for another primary but I have only good things to say about Dr Morales.

I made an appointment with her after moving across the state because she was the only Internal Medicine doc with time available in a few weeks. She indicated after reviewing my history that she would continue me on a regimen that had taken years for my previous out-of-town doc to fine-tune. Now she claims she will not, due to a change in office policy. All she did was give me names of specialists. I thought I had found a good doc. Instead, she passed me off. To add insult to injury, the phlebotomist may have ruined the one good vein I had. Overall, I regret to write that I am disappointed with the practice and very inconvenienced.

I can’t say enough how great Dr Morales is as my primary care physician. I am very picky on who I want caring for my health needs and she checks all the boxes. She is compassionate and truly listens to how you’re feeling. She is so knowledgeable when it comes to the right treatment and care you need. I am so happy to have Dr Morales as my primary care Dr.

She treated my dad with kid gloves. Understood where he was coming from as far as not believing in taking a ton of unnecessary medications. She is surely a keeper.
