She is knowledgeable caring and actually listens and HEARS my concerns. Love the whole office. Everyone is great!

Before I started seeing Dr. Menon I have been seeing my own Endocrinologist. Dr. Menon told me that Endocrinologist don’t specialize in Blood pressures. Upon reading online it seems Endocrinologist do know and have had training in blood pressure’s for diabetic patients. She raised my blood pressure medication from 10 to 20mg based on what she does for her family. She couldn’t even remember having a discussion and telling me about my stage 2 kidneys and prescribing me medicine for that. In fact she didn’t prescribe with medicine for my kidneys but instead prescribed me something for my prostate which I don’t know why she added this prostate medication. She could not remember the conversation she had with me on my kidneys and instead of prescribing me with something for my kidneys she instead prescribed me with something for my prostate to which I have no idea why.

The worst experience seeing a doctor. She is quick to diagnose you without knowing your medical history and writing it down on my notes. I will be back to correct this with my regular doctor. She should not take it upon herself to evaluate a person without knowing all the facts!

2 Visits, both visits unfruitful. Might be a good doctor for a cold or virus, but if you have a more serious condition, look elsewhere. Dr. Menon does not listen well (she will take time to let you speak, but I do not think she is "hearing" the issues- she has already made a judgment about what is wrong inside her mind and nothing else is heard), as a result, her intuition and logic for diagnoses lacks accuracy.

I really like her. I have been trying to just find a Dr that listens to the patient. I respect the knowledge and schooling that a Dr goes through. However, at the same time a person knows their own body. She listens to the patient.. this is much appreciated! Thank you

I love Dr. Menon and her new office space is wonderful. I find the staff easy to work with and friendly. I have had no issues at all with the staff. Highly recommend Dr. Menon. The new office is very nice, clean and warm. Its about time they moved to a new location. I attended the open house and met with the other doctors and staff and found them all to be very friendly and welcoming. This office has come a long way and I look forward to visiting them for years to come.

I like dr Menon but not the staff. I ended up leaving because of them.

Although I have had to find a Dr. closer to my location, I would say she is the most informative Dr. I have had in the past. She is very thorough and interested in whatever a patient has to say.She takes time with her patients and has a wonderful bedside manner. I will sincerely miss her and do wish her all the luck in the world.The staff needs some organizing though.

I don't have any issues with the doctors, but the staff is wholly incompetent and lazy. I asked for an authorization to be sent to humana because they asked for it to get my father oxygen and the office manager or someone that claimed to be office manager named Jessica said they could not provide it because they have no record of my father ever having oxygen even though a doctor at rma wrote the prescription and filled it according to humana's records. just lie after lie to avoid doing there job
