Dr. Turner is awesome! He has a wonderful reputation as a thoracic surgeon. He is thorough and compassionate. For the most part everyone of us who have had him do our bypass surgery feels that he has saved our lives as his work, and that of his staff, has been guided by the Lord. He is one of a kind and I am very proud to have had him for my surgery.

Simply The Best
Dr. Turner performed triple bypass surgery on me in January 2022. He and his support staff gave me great care. Dr. Turner was in to check on me bright and early each morning. And it was clear that he really cared about me. I felt very lucky to have gotten Dr. Turner as my surgeon.

Dr Turner and his team are truly God’s hands at work! They saved my life not once but several times during the course of almost twenty days in cardiac ICU. God’s grace abounds in Dr Turner and I’m forever grateful for having him as my doctor who saved my life. God bless him and his team!

I had Open heart surgery July 3rd, 2018. Three by-passes and Aortic Valve Replacement. Dr. Turner ( A native Tylerite) was excellent and his staff that followed me was also the best. Would recommend him for this type of surgery.

He is one of the best heart surgeons in the nation. He's very patient and informative. Great support staff to help you through the surgery from the first visit until you are released. I had bypass surgery 2 1/2 yrs ago. I was back to work in the oilfield in 2 months with no complications. East Texas is very fortunate to have him here. The hospital, Trinity Mother Frances, Louis and Peaches Owen Heart Hospital is one of the best.
