Poor listener and poor communicator. My wife was aghast to witness the lack of professionalism of the staff. If you are just checking off boxes and need a doctor to spend no more than 5 minutes with you, he's the man.

if I could give Dr. Rawlinson a 0 out of 5, I absolutely would. I thought he wouldn’t listen to me because I’m a young woman, but it looks like he just doesn’t listen to anyone. I came in with a laundry list of concerns from thyroid issues to incredibly irregular periods and an inability to lose weight and he wouldn’t even let me get a word in. He shoved a few prescriptions for my asthma in my face, and then the woman taking blood conveniently came in before I could try to continue our conversation. I was only able to hit one concern and had to specifically ask for a thyroid panel even though both my mom, and grandmother go to him and they have BOTH had their thyroids removed. I was also going in because I was over due for tetanus and pneumonia vaccines. I mentioned it twice and still never ended up getting my shots. Totally dismissive, inconsiderate, and quite honestly, stupid. He seems totally senile and unfit to be a dr. He kept telling me the only

He truly hears what you have to say, and he's not the kind of doctor that does the absolute least he can get away with, nor does he push you off on another provider for everything. Necessary referrals are handled within 2 business days. The staff is great, too. If you want warm & fuzzy, or a yes man, he's not the guy. If you want a fabulous doctor, he's the man.
