Dr. Sonal Mehr, MD

Never got to see the doctor. My husband and I arrived to learn our appts. had been cancelled due to an error in the way Medicare had entered our advantage plans. We waited for 2 hours while office staff worked with a Medicare representative to fix the problem. Even though the Medicare rep assured the staff that the problem was resolved, we were still not allowed to see the doctor and were told we would have to reschedule. Another patient came in while we were waiting and told us that he has had several appointments cancelled without his knowledge and that he has had difficulty getting prescription refills or call backs from the doctor. The doctor may be great but the "big company" bureaucracy and communication are impossible to weed through.

Dr. Mehr is my brother’s doctor. He has Alzheimer’s or memory loss. She is very kind and compassionate and great with my brother. She is patient and explains things to him so well

Dr. Mehr provides excellent geriatric care to her patients.
