Dr. William Kcomt, MD

I visited Dr. Kcomt due to a family history of autoimmune diseases and symptoms. At my first and only appointment, he told me I was 'probably fine.' He did not run blood work to even check for any signs of autoimmune diseases. He then told me that if I quit vaping, all of my health concerns would probably go away. Then, over a year after seeing him, his office sent me a bill for a visit that should have been covered by my insurance. He was short with me and didn't have great people skills. A few months later, I got a second opinion from a rheumatologist who actually listened, and I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition shortly after and medicated. Respect goes a long way, and often women's health issues are brushed off. This was one of those cases.

I have called several times over the past two days and not one single time has this office answered their phone. I received a text message from somebody in the office stating that they will look into my concerns that I had to text to them. So unprofessional! I was told at my appointment that they would call me and discuss my lab results when they receive them and then I was finally told today, again through text message, that the doctor would like to see me for a follow up. How am I supposed to schedule a follow up if they won’t answer their phones? They also will not release my labs in the patient portal.

I absolutely love Dr. Kcomt. He quickly diagnosed my auto immune disease and helped me.

Saw him during a hospital stay and loved him. He was knowledgable and easy to talk to. His diagnosis was right on. Would definitely recommend him.

Did not listen to my concerns. Did not CARE about my concerns. Pompous and rude.
