Dr. William Jeong is one of a kind. I have seen him every year to keep a close eye on an incidental finding on my spine. I am thankful that he is practicing in Las Vegas, Nevada. He cares about his patients. Thank you Dr. Jeong!

What stands out the most for Dr. Jeong is a genuine nice guy and very detailed in his description on what procedure he will be performing. You will hardly ever have a question because he is so thorough. If you do have questions he will go over them in detail. You will never feel rushed out of his office like @ some offices. Overall a great doctor and my procedure went well.

Dr. Jeong performed spine fusion for me (C5-7) & from the first moment I met him, I've been impressed. He is not only a great surgeon but has wonderful bedside manner & listens, explains, & helps you make the decision regarding surgery or not by weighing out the pro's, con's, risks, etc. He also understands that his patients are dealing with pain & is very sympathetic, but at the same time so very knowledgeable in his field. He's very thorough with following up with his patients, too. I highly recommend him & will return if I have more problems in the future.

I am so grateful for Dr Jeong! Another neurosurgeon wanted to do surgery on my back based on my MRI. Dr. Jeong did a more thorough exam and sent me for nerve conduction studies and to see a neurologist. It turns out Dr Jeong’s thorough approach was correct. The studies and the neurologist both confirmed surgery would not help me. I am so grateful Dr. Jeong was cautious and thorough. Thank you Dr. Jeong!

From my first phone call with Connie at Dr. Jeong's office, I immediately felt respected and heard.Dr. Jeong always treated me as a human being and not just as another complaining person. Dr. Jeong is genourous with his time. Complete in his explanation of all the processes and issues before and after Surgery. In his very thorough examination he discovered a cervical issue I wasn't aware I had because I went to see him for lumbar pain. Dr Jeong, has fantastic bedside manner’s. He tells you what the problem is how he’s going to fix it. What the outcome should be or will be. He’s direct to the point and let you know if this is something good for you or not. I would highly recommend him for any orthopedic surgery of the spine. He is a very well-spoken, intelligent and accommodating doctor who takes the time to answer all your questions and cater to your individual needs and circumstance. He is extremely methodical and skilled as a surgeon and my operation went perfectly. His office staff has also been very helpful throughout the process to include the extra paperwork I've needed for work disability. One of the best medical experiences I have had and would highly recommend him without reservation to anyone.

My standard of living was unquestionably lowered before to surgery since the agony I was in could not have been imagined by anybody else. Dr. Jeong is extremely diligent and caring of his patients. I took my mother to the ER as we didn't know what was happening with her. She was admitted into ICU and taken care of by Dr. Jeong. He kept an eye on her symptoms and was able to schedule an emergency brain surgery at the perfect time. He was consistently in touch with me, letting me know how she was doing and, as a professional, what his recommendations were throughout her whole stay (2wks). He has been the most heartwarming, compassionate and empathetic doctor I have had the pleasure to have had encountered. I am extremely grateful for his knowledge and his ability to care for my mother. She's now doing 180% better than before! She was in blessed hands!!!

Dr Jeong tells you like it is with great bedside manner and his staff is just as great and caring as he is. he is patient and kind and is honest if he thinks another surgeon would be batter to do my very complex surgery. Dr.Jeong has been nothing less than a miracle in my life! He is the most genuine, caring, doctor I have ever been to. His demeanor & expertise is unbelievable from A-Z. He is so compassionate, brilliant, & so highly trained (I’m writing this post ACFD….still in pain :/), but I can’t thank him enough. His office is spotless, his staff is caring, & I can’t say this enough- but he seriously is the nicest surgeon I’ve ever met. I needed to be ready (I didn’t completely understand what I would be going through :/), but soo thankful it’s done & I had complete confidence in Dr. Jeong. In early June Dr. Jeong performed a Laminectomy and cyst removal that was pressing against my sciatic nerve in the L4/L5 region. I had seen doctors previously who kept performing spinal injections that only helped for a few weeks. Dr. Jeong was different. He actually diagnosed the problem, explained in detail what procedure would resolve my situation and patiently answered all my questions. The sciatic pain was extremely excruciating and his staff was wonderful in scheduling my surgery quickly. Four months later, I’m back to doing all the things I had avoided for a very long time due to recurring painful back pain. His professional manner as well as the office staff is fantastic.
