Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

I don’t understand the negative reviews. Of course it’s been 37 years since I have seen him, but I have the upmost respect for him. Very caring doctor.

I wish I could give a zero star.jena has no clue what she was doing. She got my name wrong, thought I was someone else. After that screwup you would’ve thought she would’ve looked at my chart but no!! Informed me that I do not fit the criteria for medication for high cholesterol because I am under the age of 40 .... The problem with that is I am 44!! I picked up my purse and walked out. Enough said.

This office is not only incompetent, but sets it’s patients up for failure. The office staff does not return phone calls or reassure the patient that their needs for medical care will ever be met. If you suffer from any mental health disorder and attempt to reach out for help, do not expect them to understand or assist you.

The provider I see isn’t bad at all, but I’ve never seen such a rude and lazy bunch in a front office before. They obviously have no interest in performing their duties in a professional manner. Whether on the phone or in person, they make it painfully obvious that they hate their jobs, and they’re going to take it out on the patients.

These peoples incompetence put my Girlfriend in the ER! We moved here from out of state. My Girlfriend is on a narcotic pain contract for chronic neck and lower back pain from a Doctor in Washington. She contacted these people when we first moved here and was lied to about them being to maintain her pain contract. After waiting 3 weeks to be seen she was told they weren't doing any new ones. They left her with less than a weeks medications and ran out cold turkey and ended up in the ER.

Waited an hour for 15 minutes of healthcare, that is ridiculous! It is unprofessional to have such a wait!

This was one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had. The front staff at this office are exceptionally rude, scheduling is not easy, and my problems were pushed aside and left to figure out elsewhere. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

I have been a patient of one of the NPs and now that i had what turned out to be a minor issue two of the NPs misdiagnosed me and treated me and brushed me off to the point that a minor issue turned into a much larger issue till I had to go to a specialist. The specialist even said I needed a new doctor by the NPs "believe in fairy tales" with their diagnoses.... They are also trying to charge me for visits that I already paid for. Needles to say I'm not happy with the treatment I have received.

Eva has been my PCM for the last three years and is absolutely wonderful. She makes it her mission to get an appointment set ASAP and always calls back quickly with results. She has a great balance of bedside manner and sense of humor. I would highly recommend her for anyone seeking a new physician.

This had been my dr. office for 10 years. I was able to schedule my appointments conveniently. No waiting four months for an appt here. However, a couple of years ago my labs came back and the numbers were not what they expected, so I was referred to find a specialist, blindly. They had no recommendations for me, and did not follow up on labs or diagnosis. I lost heart after this occurred and decided to be establish rapport with a new facility.

I'm fortunate to have had Dr. Henderson (and now Eva Houghton) as my primary health care practitioner for over 36 years. Great service, responsive to my changing needs over the years, good listeners, great staff. Never have had a problem with scheduling, billing, or too long a wait.

I will never go back. Not only was my problem brushed off because it is difficult to diagnose (lower abdominal pain), I was double charged. I paid full amount at time of visit, and then insurance was billed and paid the full amount. If I hadn't caught it on my EOB, I would not have gotten my money back. As it is, I had to leave a message and it is yet to be resolved.

I can't say how disappointing this experience with Family Medicine and Dr. Henderson, along with his staff, has been for our family. I have personally been misdiagnosed twice by both one of the P.A.s as well as Dr. Henderson himself. One time I let a tumor (pleomorphic-adenoma) grow in the roof of my mouth for a year because they told me it was only a mucous cyst... I ended up having to have surgery to remove it. It was as big as a golf ball.
