Was having a problem with Medicare and was unable to schedule visits. Dr Smith was able to help. Thank you.

I saw Dr. Smith through LiveHealth about a month ago for my plantar fasciitis and needed advice about work. She helped work through my situation and I felt more confident about my decision to find a job that worked with me and my condition.

Did Telehealth with Dr. Smith after a bad experience with another telehealth doctor several days before. Dr. Smith was caring and listened. She smiled. She did not interrupt me. She explained all and was just what I needed for a wretched sinus infection of over a week. Thanks to her and proper drugs, I am now finally almost well. Will look for her name again in the future as well as being sure to check ratings on unknowns! Wish I had before with the other one. Nobody liked her!!

I have only seen Dr. Smith by telehealth. However, every time I have seen her (4 times), I have been happy with her care. She has been a good listener, prescribed the needed meds, and was friendly every time. I look for her name when presented with telehealth dr choices.

Have had symptoms of a vaginal infection for a week, I cannot get to an urgent until Wednesday, she refused to give me any medication to help. Complete waste of time, do better.

Terrible. Do not use her. She won't respond when she wrote the wrong script and there is no way to get ahold of her. Worst experience ever.

She was online and was rude. She hung up on me and refused to listen. She is a disgrace as a doctor.

I read the review saying she was scattered. Not true - when I saw her she was new to New Mexico so she was very busy ... you "thought it was an act" or other things you said, "sound" like a way to "get back" at her. - It is hard to find a Dr. sometimes in NM vs. an NP and she is a good one. I found her to be caring of my needs and very good an spot on for how new she was to the area.

Dr. Smith is such a caring person. I have had phone appointments with her through LiveHealth. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a physician.

I really thought she was terrific, very thorough and a good listener. I was very disappointed when she was laid Off.

Dr Smith is a good doctor; however, she left her previous practice following a leave of absence with no word to her patients. I only found out she was gone when I called the practice for a prescription refill. Highly unprofessional behavior. I can not recommend a doctor who breaks her patient’s trust by leaving them hanging.

My wait time for Dr. Smith was 30 minutes, not bad at all. She asked questions regarding my health and current medications. She explained why my previous doctor had me on some of my medication because I questioned the need for them. She agreed with me that I did not need to use the prescribed nasal spray (for allergies) every day; that once every three days is okay. After reviewing all of my meds, she prescribed refills and referred me to a pulmonary specialist. On a personal note, she was pleasant, cheerful, and I really liked her office. I look forward to seeing her again.

Dr. Smith examined me, asked me questions that pertained to my issues. She ordered lab tests that resulted in a significant improvement to my health in only 30 days. I had never had a doctor in Santa Fe order labs specific to my symptons before Dr. Smith.

What else could I possibly say? You know how you treated me. I came to you in crisis for a head injury follow up and known diagnosis of PTSD. I even called the day before to let you know what a bad space I was in. All I can offer is an apology to all of the people that I referred to you: I am deeply sorry, please do not go to Dr. Smith as your PCP. I believe she has compassion fatigue at best, and at worst, she really doesn’t care at all. Full disclosure: I am an MD myself.

Dr Smith is lovely. She is very thorough, and she takes time with her patients and never rushes through appointments. Of course, this causes her to run behind but now that I am familiar with her style, I always go prepared that there will be a wait, When it is my turn to be seen, I know that she will listen and give great care.

Dr. Smith and her staff were very welcoming, although the check in woman was a little off-putting. I was nervous about being seen in Santa Fe because of what I have heard, but I was pleasantly surprised! Dr. Smith took the time to listen to me and the issues I was experiencing. I never once felt rushed or like she didn't care. I would recommend Dr. Smith to anyone looking for a PCP. She will get to the root of your problem and treat that, not like some doctors that only treat symptoms.
