Although every told me they do nothing for a broke toe. I didn't want it healing wrong cause I stand on my feet for a living.Went in and had it xrayed he showed me how to tape it to a buddy toe and didn't treat me like I was being ridiculous, like everyone made me feel. Answered all my questions and con concerns.

I've had truly wonderful treatment from every doctor in the Erlanger ecosystem - except this one. He is pleasant and polite and more or less timely (gets 2 stars for that), but he has had a lackadaisical 'it s*cks to be you' attitude towards my care from the minute I walked in his door. He has essentially done nothing in over a year except take some x-rays. A trained nurse can do that, so I wonder where he's earning his money, because it sure ain't on my watch. The only reason I stayed with him as long as I did was because he was marginally better than the first hand guy I saw and I really don't want to change specialists yet again. But he made another snotty little remark this last visit and I'm just done. I'm firing him because I don't feel in any way whatsoever like my injuries have EVER received the level of attention or standard of care I expect from a physician who is credentialed at Erlanger.

This was my 1st time meeting Dr. Garrett. I went in with a possible broke ankle. After they done more x-rays it was determined to be a severe class 2 sprain. He listened to me and addressed my concerns. He didn't look at it like most doctors do when it's a worker's comp claim.
