Dr. David Close, MD

Great Doctor. He is a common sense Doctor that shoots you straight. I appreciate his competence and manner.

He always listens and provides the best care ever. He stays on top of your yearly visits, labs and always provides options for me. His nurse Mary Lou has always been amazing as well.

Whenever I visit Dr Close I get a Complete and Involved review of my entire health history. I feel better about my current health whenever I leave his office. Gives me practical advice and guidance.

Dr. David Close will absolutely be our doctor as long as possible. Dr. Close takes such great care of his patients and his staff is professional, polite, efficient, and follow up afterward. During a recent illness, Dr. Close prescribed exactly what I needed and likely saved my life. Thank you, Dr. Close!

I have no issues with DR Close or his staff. They have always treated me well. I moved to Chattanooga about a year ago and needed a new Doctor. Didn't know anyone there.

I've been going to Dr. Close for a number of years. I have no complaints.

Dr. Close should retire. He's operating from a place of fear that has no place in medicine. He tried to make me feel guilty for making him do paperwork for one scrip that has drastically changed my life for the better. After following his instructions to the T over the course of a year, I came in for a checkup & asked about another condition. For just THE QUESTION (I agreed to see a specialist for their recommendation) he treated me like some criminal & said he'd no longer treat me. Never again.

Love his concern, professionalism and staff.

Seems more interested in retirement than in listening to patients and their needs. Just threw tons of medication at me instead of trying to get to the bottom of what has been bothering me. Won't be going to him.

Dr. Close is a condescending jerk. He should not be able to practice medicine. If you go to a doctor to try and get help but leave feeling worse about yourself there's a problem.

Front staff is cold and indifferent towards patients. The want to get back to chatting among themselves. Once you finally get to the doctor, expect to be loaded down with more prescriptions than you really need. Especially the prescriptions that cost lots of money and are non-generic.

I have never been at any doctor's office and seen staff that they do not care, roundness and disrespectful to their patients. I was waiting to see md and I saw a receptionist screaming to one of the patients that made her cry. I went a head and walked out. it was my first time and last time in the roundness environment.
