Rude
I've never had a worse experience at a doctor appointment.

Incompassionate staff
Every time I come in the staff is talking trash about the patients or gossiping about their personal life and seem annoyed that they have to pause their conversation to assist you. Even calling on the phone, they act miserable and have an attitude. Coming from someone who works in healthcare, the management here should be embarrassed for their lack of compassion towards patients. I have never felt so disgusted by a group of women that call themselves healthcare "professionals", yet have no respect for the women coming in. Everyone I know that has gone to this clinic has said the same thing as well. I'm sure this review will give the ladies at the front desk something else to gossip about.

I never saw Dr. Dixon Whitney, but I hold her responsible for the attitude and behavior of her staff. I waited three months for this appointment, but on the day of my appointment I was five minutes late and her staff rudely told me they were canceling my appointment and charging me a late fee. I have had three wonderful gynecologists in my life (four if you include my fertility doctor) and NEVER have I been treated with this level of hostility and condescension. I took time out of my day to be there and not only was I denied my appointment, but they have the gall to charge me a fee for a no-show then refused to reschedule. It's unbelievable and outrageous. They were so mean I was completely traumatized and am still shaking now remembering the encounter. Bottom line: If you can't treat people with basic respect and dignity you have no business practicing medicine.

I have been going to Dr Dixon’s office for four years and I have never met or seen Dr Dixon. I am always seen by and treated by her nurse practitioner. I cannot rate her because she has never met with me.

I am going to Dr.Dixon's office for 15 years. She is an excellent Doctor who listens to me. Her Nurse Practitioner Jennifer is the Best. She discovered my Thyroid Cancer. The front office is very busy. They have always been polite to me.

Excellent Doctor. She is always on time, takes her time during examination and spends all the time that is needed to answer any questions. I have been going to Dr. Dixon for over 14 years.

From the moment, Dr. Dixon, walked in, she seemed annoyed. She became increasingly impatient as I asked questions, not fully understanding her hurried explainations. Having enough of being spoken down to, I told her I would seek a second opinion on her suggested treatment. She reacted with an even bigger attitude. On my way out she literally yelled at me for interrupting her (mind you, I was not understanding what she was saying and trying to clarify without her going on and losing me more). Dr. Dixon, seems to forget that she is providing an important service to her patients and has the responsibility of explaining things and answering questions in a polite demeanor. Remember that doctors get compensated well for what they do and patients deserve the utmost respect. I was leary of going to, Dr . Dixon, because of a Google review describing a similar experience, but gave her the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake and I highly DON'T recommend her!

Whitney makes her patients feel safe to ask questions. She also spends the time to find out what you are going through and how she can treat you. I have recommended her to many friends because she is knowledgable and caring at the same time. Her staff are very friendly and try to get the patients scheduled as soon as possible. Very nice and professional office.

I really did not like her. I found her unpleasant and condescending. She did nothing for me, billed me an insane amount for it, and being on a very small fixed income, I paid what I could until I couldn't pay anymore, she is still coming after me for what little I "owe" her, after two years of hounding me, she's now taking me to "collections" knowing full well that she won't be able to extract a dime from me.

The receptionist is not very friendly, I fear to even call and have her answer. Other than that the doctor is friendly and knowledgeable. It stinks that she is rude since that is the "friendly face" that should make you feel welcome specially for that type of specialty.

The receptionist is cold and rude every time I have had to deal with her. She brings full attitude to the office, even early in the morning, as though someone made her drink sour milk for breakfast. The doctor and NP are excellent, but this obnoxious receptionist should be replaced!

Dr. Dixon and her whole staff are amazing! They all care about each patient's over all well-being. She listens to you and asks questions to make sure she understands the full picture, just not the immediate symptoms. She is kind and straight forward and always has gone above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of 100%. I've recommended her to all my family and friends.

She looked further into my medical situation to assess my needs in 1 appointment than the previous 10 spent with my past OB. Very thorough and persistent to get down to the root of the issue.
