Knowledgeable and Professional
My experience at Dr. Shi’s office was very positive. The staff was compassionate and extremely professional. They got me in same day after I had a huge worry about my pregnancy. Ms Julie was super sweet and even text me medications safe to take while pregnant after my appointment. The phlebotomist was gentle and funny too. I love that Dr. Shi does his own sonograms. He was very compassionate, patient, and welcomed me open arms into his office. Thank you everyone! Compassionate clinics are hard to come by!

Get a different Facility if you value your mental
As much as I can say that Dr. Shi is a good physician, his office staff, especially the office manager, are among the most impolite and unethical in the annals of medical practice. She will yell at you without regard for your privacy, and she is willing to divulge irrelevant information such as her 25-year tenure in that office. Strangely, DR. SHI supports and encourages this behavior, and when I complained, he told me to find a new doctor, lack of customer service.

Not very helpful. Felt invasive. Not a very comforting experience. Rushed and awkward. Didn’t take the time to ask any questions or answer any of my questions. Tough to understand what he is saying. Keeps asking you to come back when you don’t have to. Nurses were more calming and helpful.
