I have two complaints with my experience: 1. Their scheduling system was a mess. My appointment was 10am and I got there around 9:50am. I waited for about 45min before a nurse called me in, then I waited for another 15min before seeing the doctor. 2. It was so painful to be withdrawn blood by Dr. Li. After withdrawing, I got a big area of bruise in my hand and the bruise last for >2 weeks. I suspects that his needle went through the other side of my vein leading to leaking blood and big bruise
