Horrible to say the least. Had to wait over 45 minutes and I was told that they forgot I was waiting. They didn’t even apologize.

Communication is beyond horrible. I waited in the room to be seen for over 45 minutes and when I asked what’s going on? I was told; whoops, we forgot you were here. Not even one apology was offered. I have tried to get a hold of that office via phone and messages on the portal and I was completely ignored and heard nothing back. The wait on the phone is ridiculously long. Multiple times, I was put on hold for over 45 minutes then the phone gets disconnected and I’m forced to call back of course. If you want to save time and energy DO NOT go to that office, it is terrible.
