Dr. Wayne Stanley, MD

Dr. Stanley cared for me as a patient with the utmost professionalism. I'm here today by God's grace and the great care by he and his staff. 40+ yrs as his patient and never neglected. If he couldn't handle the issue, he gave great referrals. I salute him and his service to his country, both within and retired from the military. As this is being written, he's retiring. I will miss my Dr. He's a great Gentleman and Professional. Enjoy Retirement!!!!

Dr Stanley is one of the best Drs in the Shoals. I and my family have been using him for medical care for about 10 years. He always does a great job to determine the health issue and will tell you of over the counter meds to help overcome it or prescribe medicine to help you. He and his staff are always courteous and helpful. I would recommend Dr Stanley to anyone needing a family Dr.

Hands down the most incompetent doctor of the shoals. Regularly misdiagnoses people, does not thoroughly evaluate/ examine patients, and has a bad habit of writing prescriptions that don’t help. If you’re looking to get cured or a valued opinion, look else where! Dr. Stanley is not someone who will help you.

I had been a patient of Dr Stanleys for approx 10 years and satisfied with his service. Then this lady took over his billing and started sending me nasty billing demanding i pay what was charged over what medicare payed and what my 100% supplement payed for visits 2 years in the past. I took all my bills and receipts and showed them to Dr Stanley. he said he would take care of it, then a year later I received more rude billing. needless to say I am no longer a patient of Dr. Stanley

Honestly just awful. Very out of date and don’t care about scheduled appointments.

Go find another doctor! Totally unprofessional and rude staff!!!

I have seen Dr. Stanley for almost four years.. Dr. Stanley is friendly, professional and accurate in both diagnosis and treatment. He listens to the patient and orders appropriate tests when necessary. His staff are all new since several long-term members have retired or moved. He accepts walk-ins so the wait can be longer than I like, but no longer than other physicians.

I didn't even get to see the doctor. The business office manager is a very rude little woman. They had an appointment scheduled for me but what they didn't tell me is they don't accept my secondary insurance. I was very sick and needed to see the doctor. That rude office manager kicked me out and told me I couldn't call my insurance in the office. When I was outside on the phone the nice male receptionist asked me if everything was good. The rude manager came outside, butted in, and told him go.

If there was a zero star, I would choose it. Terrible customer service!!! It is a disgrace how they treat patients!!!! They don't care about the patients & are extremely rude!!! They are so unprofessional & not a respectable establishment!!! I will NEVER EVER go back to this place again nor would I recommend anybody making the same mistake I did!!!

I recommend Dr. Stanley because his primary concern is the patient's well-being and not the dollar. He listens and is knowledgeable. I trust him.

A caring Family doctor. A Christian health provider.

Insurance company recommended this doctor. I called to set appointment and the receptionist became very rude, yelling through the phone, saying things like you need to find a new doctor, because you don't have one here. I would not want anyone that I love be under the care of this physician when employees act in that manner anyways.
