Dr. Wassim Mazraany, MD

Dr Mazraany is a very skilled, wise, patient doctor. He explained over and over to me what he was going to do. I deliberated for months but Dr. M was right there just waiting for me to decide. When I was ready so was he. My surgery came out GREAT I couldn't be more pleased. I would recommend Dr. Mazraany as top notch surgeon. He is also very personable and caring.

An "easy peasey" surgery went very badly. After making a cut to my small intestine, I developed severe sepsis. Please, do yourself a favor and choose another surgeon. Or you may regret it for the rest of your life!

I recently had inguinal hernia surgery at Riverside surgical . It was an outstanding experience. Dr. Mazraany and his staff clearly explained my options and patiently answered my questions. He set very clear expectations for the day of surgery and the days and weeks following. Everything was clearly detailed and left me with little doubt of what to expect. I especially appreciate Dr. Mazraany he’s very professional, informative and caring . He even called me after the surgery to check up if i had any questions. Thank you so much Dr. Mazraany.

Worst surgeon I've ever had. Granted you never know what can happen. But something did and I was back in surgery the very next day to fix a leak. Something went wrong and I was in the hospital and rehab for over two months. 6 months out and I'm still not right.

He is the best doctor I've ever dealt with he helped me personally and professionally and just all the way around with my health here, he has been nothing but the best and I highly recommend him and I hope you take my advice because I take this surgery and this diagnosis very seriously and he's one of the best( if not the best ) in this area

I would not recommend Dr. Mazraany to anyone. I had a colonoscopy performed by him, and he perforated my colon. What made it worse: I went back to him and complained of pain, and he dismissed it as nothing to worry about. Shortly after that I had fevers at night & still pain. I went to my family physician and he immediately sent me for a Cat scan. They did an immediate surgery, and removed a portion of my colon. Please, think very carefully before going to this doctor.

This man is Able, Affable and Available (as are his associates). They combine their energy and talent to bring the best combination of knowledge, attitude and skill to their patients. There are few, if any, surgeons practicing in Lowell that I could recommend more highly.
