Very bad experience
I have been a patient of Dr Vivian for four years now. I have had many problems with the front office staff. But just recently I received a bill for a copay from nine months ago. I assured them I had paid and they asked for a receipt. A receipt from nine months ago well needless to say I didn’t have. In addition to that I waited in line to get a shingles shot. The line was long when It was my turn the told me they didn’t have the correct needle…..???? I mean why not tell me when I arrive in the office. Or better yet why not call me and tell me not to come in until we have the needles we need it. Dr Vivian maybe a good Dr. but a front office that doesn’t answer the phone. Sends referrals to the wrong Drs and generally just don’t seem to care. Make it apparent to me that it’s time to look for a new Dr.

Front Office workers can speak Cantonese. Dr. Chan is very professional and helpful. San Francisco is lucky to have this doctors’ office to serve the community.
