I paid a fee for Dr. Wilde to fill out a form for school. The turnaround time for form was well over a week. Once the form was finally returned it contained incorrect allergy information. Possibly the front office or nursing staff is responsible for the error, but Wilde's name was signed on the form so responsibility ultimately falls to him. Wait times for scheduled appointments are a loose suggestion at best; wait times varied from roughly 15 minutes to over 45 minutes.
