Worst pediatrician! My daughter is nonverbal autistic level 2. I've tried putting her in pre-k public school and it was very very difficult for her. I decided to pull her and made the decision to put her in a special school. Well let's just say he disagreed I told him I'm her mother it's my decision not his. So the following week I get cps at my door saying Dr thoma called saying I'm not caring for my daughter! Mind you this is just 1 of our disagreements but ultimately it is up to me and I believe and her therapist agree that is what's best and he did not like that so he called cps on me! He also is very rude and is not good with kids on the spectrum my son also autistic he snapped at as well. You live and learn I guess! Our new pediatrician is amazing! So I guess in the end we made out bc we found a Dr who actually cares!

We have been seeing Dr. Thoma since his practice opened. He is the best doctor I have encountered in Ohio. Not only is he professional and timely, but incredibly respectful as well. His staff is personable and kind, always. My children are almost adults now and I am eternally grateful to Dr. Thoma for the care and consideration he has shown my family.

Dr. Thoma has been treating my children for approx. 8 years now. Their office is perfection! They submit insurance claims 100% on time and accurately, the appointments are ALWAYS on time and I love everyone who works there. Dr. Thoma is a very caring doctor who provides excellent care to my children. They have gone for asthma, to broken bones, to depression, to flu and regular physicals. Mine have gone since very young and are now teenagers. I wish I could see him as a patient!

Dr. Mark Thoma is a wonderful physician. We have brought our kids to him for years, and we are always very pleased with his medical knowledge, gentle manner, and diagnostic skill. His staff is also excellent. We enthusiastically recommend Dr. Thoma to be the pediatrician for your children!

For me his bedside manner is short and rushed. Several times he refused to give my children the care they needed because of the fact that we recieve Medicaid... He said some things that made me feel less than because of my insurance. I felt as though he was being bothered by my presence in his office because of how he was acting. Very condensendint. Finally, on several occasions Dr. Thoma missed extremely important diagnoses which could've had VERY BAD outcomes. Terrible doctor.

I actually liked Dr. Thoma and was happy with him and the staff, until yesterday. I received a letter dismissing my family from the practice. I was surprised because we never no-show for appointments or leave a bill unpaid. I called to clear that up and they said it was because I wasn't on time for a yearly check. My 5 yo isn't even due until Sept! I was a few months late for my oldest. This is a reason to dismiss us?! Very disappointing!

My children all love Dr Thoma. Our first meeting with him (years ago) he said hello to me and then spend 20 minutes just talking to my kids & getting to know them. Definitely bonus points in my book.

Just bad all the way around. Took my daughter in with a skin condition and he miss diagnosed her several times until finally I switched Dr's and they GOT it right. I also find his tone condescending and my daughter would scream every time she saw him. Glad we switched Dr;s
