Dr. Vladimir Rosenthal, MD

I was 15 (18 years ago) when I first needed his help. His office was discreet, clean, professional, and the doctor made a difficult procedure, quick and effective to minimize any possible trauma. 3 more times in my life I needed this procedure and I was in both the NM office and South Miami office. Same professional treatment and exactly the same protocol. Urine test, ultrasound, anesthesia, 30 seconds and it was over. The nurses advised me 24 hours prior to make sure I came with someone to drive me home, explained what to expect, and lead me to their clean recovery room where they gave me time to collect myself then put on a sanitary pad for post-procedure bleeding. The follow up appointment included a birth control method and a confirmation test that I was no longer pregnant. I am so grateful for Dr. Rosenthal and I believe due to the private nature of this decision, he does not have more great reviews. I would see him again without hesitation if needed.

Worst experience ever. Medicine and service is out of his agenda.

The assisting staff and nurse tried their best but the doctor never showed up. Never! I arrived at the opening at 9am and waiting 5 hours to see a supposely doctor that never came. I asked to be reimburse after feeling that it was way too rude and want to prevent any woman from going there. I understand you can make your patient wait for up to 2-3 hours but more than 5 is very disrespectful and I don't understand how a person with this behavior can be called a doctor.
