Stay away from this terrifying place it isn’t worth of your time having someone who don’t do it properly why for every treatment on pregnancy and fertility issues!!!! Thankfully, I never came back after I miscarried with no heartbeat baby with esoptic shock through I went somewhere else for excellent patient service with great decade by playing it safe!

In this facility they always change your appointment and then doesn’t answer you, and don’t have any decency in answer your calls or give you an apriopate answer to your questions, manager Jenny only say that MD has an emergency at hospital and they don’t know if is is going to be able to follow the schedule, 2 times they reschedule me for a procedure, and 2nd time not even has the time to answer the call, is a waste of the patients time and they don’t care about it, their answer is I don’t know, I can’t say, I’m sorry but… is like we go to see a doctor because we want to do it

worst experience of my life! I contacted Dr. carlos's office to do some general checks, not living in the united states and not having insurance, the visit and consultation cost me about 400 $ after the visit they told me to come back after two weeks for the results I arrived and they asked me for another $ 100 to consult and then they told me they had lost everything. as it seemed like a waste of time and money, I simply asked for a refund they told me they would contact me in three days and now it's been two weeks I keep trying to get in touch with the manager but every time they repeat that she will contact me a real lack of respect I do not recommend it at all !!!
